Scream Test

An aging "Scream Queen (Felissa Rose) injures her vocal chords on a filmset.  Forced by her doctor to rest, especially her voice, she arrives at a remote hotel resort for some rest and relaxation. Once at the hotel people begin dying in the same way they died in her films.
